in my traffic analysis I see that googlebot has visited my forum more than 200 times. does that mean that my forum is indexed already?or a visit does not mean its indexed?

Not necessarily. See Content is King G always like fresh content. Just because the googlebot is visiting your page doesn't mean that it's actually indexing your pages if it doesn't like the the content.
