Twitter Inc denied the rumours that social media messaging service will be shutting down in 2017. Twitter explained everything in an email that no truth to the claims for providing response of a comment.

However it is not properly identified that who started this rumour but the users said that this was started by a twitter user who has filed a complaint against online bullying and twitter poor services regarding online bullying
