Version 3.8.1 is a maintenance releases that addresses 31 bugs in 3.8, including various fixes and improvements for the new dashboard design and new themes admin screen. An issue with taxonomy queries in WP_Query was resolved. And if you’ve been frustrated by submit buttons that won’t do anything when you click on them (or thought you were going crazy, like some of us), we’ve found and fixed this “dead zone” on submit buttons.

Yeah I also used word press 3.8 it is very user friendly and If we are talking about the 3.8.1 version. I am sure this version will also a user friendly with latest features. Because this versions maintenance release which fixes 31 bugs from previously versions. It contains fixes and improvements for the new dash panel style and themes’ administration screen.

The most essential fixes were a issue with taxonomy concerns in WP_Query, and a issue with "submit" control buttons that were less competent when visited on. It also contains a fix for embedding tweets posts, which was damaged due to a latest, Twitter API change, as well as some other improvements:

Prevent the administration color plan from changing when changing as another user.

Adds a contrasting boundary to administration function pointers.
