Google has issued a new detailed guidelines for webmaster to get there site duly indexed by Google and for ranking also. Google ask webmaster if they do not want to follow guidelines at least they should pay attention to "Quality Guidelines,". Google also warn for not using Bad SEO practices which may lead to ban of site or get penalty for bad tactic’s
