I think there is "New Google Crawler" for CSS
 

I have read that there is New Google Crawler which is also indexing the CSS contents and it also checks for the reduced <h1> <h2> fonts with the style sheet tags.

I have heard that some people has been given penality for using such tags via style sheet.
