The
meeting took place near Yahoo headquarters in Sunnyvale, Calif., and was the second time executives from the two companies met in the past few weeks, the Journal reported.
Investment bankers, however, weren’t part of the meeting.
Microsoft has resisted raising its offer price, which the Journal said is a prerequisite to Yahoo agreeing to enter formal negotiations.
