To index the whole site, you shold have a clear structure of your main sections linked in all website and also
"Your whole site should be internally linked i.e Good Internal link structure" as written by Megri. I will also advice that your main sections can be link from outsite theme based websites.
Your second point is about page rank, as i have seen that even 0 page rank website comes top as compared to high PR websites, it depends on the inbound links and the theme and quality of these links. There is no use of linking a page of Hotles website from a web hosting company website. So keep in mind
"inbound link from relevant theme based site with Good PR"
