I have checked your website and it is using MVC extension which is from Miva, Miva computer scripting language mainly used for internet applications such as e-commerce, was developed by the Miva Corporation.

As per me you are using Miva Merchant on your store and there are module for that for SEO by Miva Corporation. If you are using Apache server then you can use Mod Rewrite to make pages Search Engine Friendly...

Hi,

it's a nice site that is pretty well optimised actually, with nice, unique titles for each page. Some pages are thin on content - about 1000 words is the optimum for SEO, but in practice 100 words of specifications, tolerances etc wil l do
it.

A page with a dynamic url can be optimised but the issue with a dynamic pages is getting them indexed. The search engines are getting better all the time at indexing such pages, and I don't think you will need a mod rewrite because you only have one variable in the url.

You should make a site map and link to it from your main pages.

Also when you link "home" you should use a single url to focus your internal PR, and you have a mixture of:
http://www.smartvm.com/index.aspx?content=home
and
http://www.smartvm.com/

The second one is best because it give you flexibility - say if you later go to php for example.

Cheers,
Paz.

http://store.smartvm.com/merchant2/m...o ry_Code=BBB

As per there is not a single veriable, there are two veriables like
Store_Code=SMSOL01
Category_Code=BBB

and i just checked
site:smartvm.com

and only single page is inedexed, so i will that there is much to do rather then doing
