Default Can Google Index Internal Search Strings?

Sometimes I use search strings as links to my products.
For example: http://website.com/searchproducts.as...t_on=&sort_by=

This is the link that's generated when someone searches for clocks on my site. Since the results are good, I'll use that as a link on the front page to my clocks listings.

Any chance of seeing that URL showing up in Google, or any search engine?

Thanks...

Google index search string but do not prefer as written in SEO Guidelines issued by Google. Well you can use Mod-rewrite to make the URL simple
